  A great piece of propaganda that perpetuates its myth even today. People still think Apple is all about freedom and art and color while IBM and Microsoft is gray, numbers and clones despite the fact that it is not. Kill your TV, please.

  Apple is about making money, and Microsoft is about making money. Pity the ad was a dud (sexist) else we'd be moaning about Apple today.

  If you hate it, try starting by actually reading "1984" by Orwell. Even if you still dont like the ad after that, at least youll have read a good book.

  I have downloaded and installed Adobe Flash driver and I have tried on both IE and Netscape and can not get the superbowl clips to play. Only ones tried. drt000@verizon.net

  I think this is very clever. If anybody had seen what was coming now in 1984, well, Apple could be the Microsoft of today. And I agree with Tolerance. If you didn't like it then you don't understand it and should read the book. I'd also recommend Aldous Huxley's "Brave New World". Think about it and don't be so quick to judge.
