If he is not on any drugs, then I will say he is definitely very different to be sure. If he is just a funny man having fun on the job, then he is entertaining and informative to his audience. Then he also brings a great touch of humor for that otherwise boring weather man job. With global warming these days and so many other severe weather conditions happening on a daily basis, this guy could be funny and refreshing. We could use some of all these things in our lives. A laugh here and there is good for us all. So if he is for real, I say go for it! Why not?
