    just increase the old ones.. and send our troops to kuwait to go against our own rouge cia agent hussein..



    (history of usa - lets annex texas , new mexico, virgin islands, guam most or all of the west ... but god forbid if a middle eastern counrty tries to expand its territory, or follow capital markets in which we pay more for goods and services...)
