    This game is awesome. I have 40 hours clocked in on this game and I haven't even finished it. Krzyninja, I don't know what the hell you are talking about. This game rules over glitchy Assassins Creed.

    This is a great game, hours and hours of gameplay, and endless replayability.



    And to those who say Assasin's Creed should be here over Mass Effect, I've played it too and although it's a good game, and I enjoy it immensly, it's too repetitive to have much longevity.

    I was disappointed with this game. Maybe my hope was too high, but it felt like a bad version of Bioshock, and Gears of War. Graphics and story were great, but the game play was weak and the game gets boring after playing it twice.

    I think this game should get the game of the year, because this year no other game better than that, Last year, a stupid game got game of the year but not Gear of War. What' wrong about the voters???? so Mass effects, should get that award. By the way i just finish the game yesterday, story is amazing!!!!!

    i bought this game and took it back 2 days later. hated the game, and the ppl at gamestop said i was crazy but everyone else i know hated it as well. and btw gears deserved to win last year

    This game was amazing, I'm already on my third play through...

    It's got an engrossing story and character development and a few surprises along the way. The upgradeable weapons and armour lead to some rather amusing bouts of carnage. The Mako is a bit of a pain to drive but beyond that it's easily one of the top 5 games of the year.

    Personally those that are hating on this game are clearly insane. but that's my two coppers. Most likely they've not played it due to it's M rating...

    This game is the obvious choice for RPG of the year. Anyone who says otherwise is just flat out wrong. Assassin's creed? WTF? thats not even an RPG? If you think this game is lame it's probably because you have a narrow minded approach to gaming. This is one of those truly great games that pushes the boundaries of videogaming. It hasn't recieved a bad rating from a single magazine or site. People who hated this game are people who decided they hated it before they even played it. End of story.

    Mass Effect is probably one of the best games I have ever played. Bioware has taken it's success with KOTOR and made a game that's not just a way to pass the time but an experience that is worth setting aside time for.

    So for the intelligent gamer who enjoys games with more substance than fluffy-hack-slash filling Mass Effect is for you.

    Bravo Bioware you have done it again. I look forward to Bioware's next title if EA doesn't do what it usually does and dissolves the company to make more crappy cut and paste games that require nothing more than the intelligence of a monkey to smash the buttons.....
