Description: Breath of Courage is the story of a tenaciously optimistic young girl named Melissa who plays matchmaker to a couple of new acquaintances while she and her older brother, Dan, spend a week with a family friend, a former stage actress named Mercedes LaRue, while their parents spend time alone in an attempt to work out their marital problems. This charming family film is directed and edited by Peter Anthony Fields from his original story and a screenplay by Evonne Fields-Gould. The film stars Joy Borland, Katrina Melanie Walker, Scott Pyle, Brian Richeson and Sapphire DeFranco. Breath of Courage's supporting cast includes Cheryl Eitman, Bruce Jennings, John Lynch, Ethan Rosenfeld, Sara Pink, Shanteal Davis and Drew Wheeler. Working behind the camera are assistant directors Abi Pink and Elizabeth Gould; production assistant Jaclyn Ingliss; associate producers Quata Tucker and Joy Borland; original music by Jamal Dillman-Hasso with orchestrations by Richard Krehnovi.
