Description: This is a movie parody of fake presidential candidate ARTUR STERN for Slovenian President 2007. He presents himself as true candidate trying to collect 5000 votes of support. He promises to continue unpolitical stance of president Janez Drnovsek (http://www.gibanje.org) in sense of defying administrative and bureaucratic monster that has gained too much govermental power and control over peoples life. In fact such unhuman form of establishment have many fascist features. Besides other measures in support of socialy week as well as intelectuals and cultural side he is in favour of Cannabis legalization.
