My favorite ad of SB '08, very creative and Tony is correct, that was not the character of Moe Greene, it doesn't matter who the actor is portraying the character in bed because it's the character that was being parodied.
I also agree with Lisa's assesment that it was an intelligent ad, many of the S B ads used the typical lowest common denominator syndrome, the dumbing down mehtod

Lazy, unimaginative ad making. Here's a brand new re-design, sexy, cool, and looks like a million dollars. Agency creatives are stumped - they see the radical grill redesign and think about a head being lopped off - remember thrilling horse head scene in Godfather. Can't get original actor who portrayed movie producer, so they get Alex Rocco, who played Moe Greene. It's not good parody - it's terrible borrowed interest. Audi deserves a more thoughtful approach. Yeesh.

PJguy is way off base, he just likes to bash. The actor who portrayed the movie mogul Jack Woltz passed away in the 1980s which is why he couldn't reprise his role, Rocco who was in the movie was not a bad choice.

Hated this commercial, the godfather take off was way too stupid to make me want to watch the rest. Neither funny nor scary, basically nothing followed by more nothing....
