Sci Fi and AI will never get old...
Returning to my science fiction roots, I wanted to explore a survival concept about the perfect storm on the Red Planet. My daily exercise to push new tools and models.
140 million miles away, how does the first colony on Mars survive The Red Storm.
Workflow & Recipe
The workflow began with defining a contained science-fiction survival concept focused on a single threat: a planet-wide storm on Mars. From there, the narrative was framed around isolation, scale, and environmental hostility rather than character exposition or dialogue. Detailed text prompts were written for each scene, carefully describing the Martian landscape, colony structures, storm conditions, lighting, and restrained camera behavior, with consistent language reused across prompts to minimize visual drift. All shots were generated directly using Veo 3 in a pure text-to-video approach, without image references or video remixing. The strongest generations were then selected and minimally assembled to preserve pacing, tension, and realism, keeping the focus on atmosphere and survival rather than spectacle.
