1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iFilm ("Service"), owned and operated by Troy Zam, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. User Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to any content you upload, submit, or post to iFilm ("User Content"), including but not limited to films, prompts, metadata, and descriptions.

By uploading User Content to iFilm, you grant Troy Zam, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the iFilm platform
• Use your User Content for promotional and marketing purposes related to iFilm
• Store and transmit your User Content as necessary to provide the Service

This license continues even if you stop using the Service, unless you request deletion of your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any User Content that:

• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets
• Contains explicit sexual content, violence, or other material that may be harmful to minors
• Is spam, fraudulent, or misleading
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Uploading prohibited content
• Engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Any other conduct we deem harmful to the Service or its users

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features within the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TROY ZAM, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
